I got yer next comic right here:

Told ya it would by FF7 related. There ya go. I really never did understand Cloud's sword. It's waaaaaaay too big for someone his size. How the hell does he manage to hold it, use it, twirl it, and not knock off his own head?

And while on the subject, let's get on with the FF7/Online thing I've been putting off forever.

Dewman and I were saying how FFXI isn't really FFXI, but in fact more like a FF Online. I have extreme reservations about the game, since it's online the story (probably the best aspect of FF for me) could suffer terribly. I'm not the only one who's cautious when observing FFXI. But, it got us thinking about FF and online. And we came up with what we thought would be a very cool FF online experience.

Take the Gold Saucer (the place in FF for arcade, betting and amusement park riding there is) and make it an online experience. Either design your own character (which would probably be the best option) or choose one of from your favorite FF (now, impractical, yes, but admit it, you want to be Auron, don't you?) and partake of the fun festivities. Play games against your friends in Wonder Square, the game central. Bet on chocobo races, or breed one yourself and be a jockey, racing for the great prizes. Make a party and fight in the Battle Square against your friend's, or fight against monsters alone and compare high scores. Participate in those goofy plays at the Event Square, or just watch. Organize with other people to make a play of your own. Go on rides by yourself or with friends and see the sights of the Gold Saucer. Or, you can even go to the Haunted Mansion place and experience some spoooooky stuff. Of course, there could be even more stuff like, a Triple Triad tournament square (to incorperate the other games into it), a Tetra Master tournament square (yeah, like anyone would go to that), and a Blitzball stadium where you could build up a team, scout out some players, and take your team against other people's, or your friends for valueable prizes. Of course, you would have to design and learn new techniques to make the game more interesting for those who played FFX's Blitzball like mad (looks at Dewman and Asmodon) and got everything there is to offer. With having to design your own character, you could choose whether to have them be a blitzer or not, and what their key techniques are. Stats would be pre-assigned based on the type of character you come up with. Because, let's face it, if you were given the choice to make up your own stats, you'd go crazy and make yourself some sorta super blitzer, right? ;)

Now, c'mon, don't you think that'd be fun? At least a little? :D C'mooooon. It'd be a lot of fun. :)

*sigh* Square should hire me and Dewman to be designers for FF games. That or we storm their company and take over. ;)

Bought some nifty new action figures while I was at the mall today. Resident Evil, Series 2, Claire and Alexia. They're both very cool, except for some small drawbacks:

Claire's hands are designed so that it looks like she can hold all her guns, but turns out you have to spend five minutes just to jam one of them in, and even then, it doesn't look like she's really holding them.

Alexia can transform into her dog ugly third form, but you don't know whether to pull off her arms or not to attach the wings, her second lower body doesn't stay attached to her torso, and her head seems like it doesn't come off, but you think it should. Hmm...you know what really would've alieviated this whooooole situation? A little fuckin instruction booklet. Something so small, but so helpful. Maybe Palisades should think of that next time.

Last thing, the packaging was made so that these characters and pieces would never come out. Seriously. I had to tug and pull for a half hour just to get them out. And them things hurt. XP

Still, they're sculpted well, have some damn good articulation (better than McFarlane's never move figures) and are overall very cool. Claire's got a wide variety of weapons and accessories. Alfred's sniper rifle, two M100s, M93R handgun, a Colt S.A.A (from RE2), AK-47 assault rifle, clips for the AK and the M93R, and a First Aid Spray. Mucho coolness with the stuff. They also had the other two figures, Mr. X and a Zombie Cop with Licker, but I'll save those for another time. Besides, they're pricey at $12.99 each. Geez. I remember only having to pay $7.99 and less for figures back a few years ago. Oh well. At least I can afford it. And a peek of the third series had a picture of Wesker and that's awesome. I'd rush out to buy a Wesker figure cuz he's just so damn cool. :D

I also bought Shadow Hearts, the game this woman I know is supposed to be in. I'm gonna check the credits at the end of the game to make sure. I haven't tried it yet, but I heard there are cannibals, gay accupuntureists, ect. and that just sucked me right in. Why? Because I'm insane. And it's fun. :)

That's all from me for this time. Next comic comes Friday and'll probably be yet another FF7 related one. I got at least one more of those drawn. Course, that's inbetween all the UH stuff I'm doing.

As for how I'm feelin, emotionally and physically, I'm cool. A bit off, tired during the day but not at night, but still good.

Oh, and I won an Auron poster off of eBay. Happy day, kupo! :D I always wanted an Auron poster and now I'm gonna get it, along with a SiP calendar, a FFX calendar, and I dunno. Stuff. It's all good. Everything's coming up Vira. ;)

Quotable Quotes:
"A monkey, Wes? God, it's like you're not even trying anymore!"
"But, Shannon, research tests show people love monkeys."
*Jay and Silent Bob come in and take the ape in the Scream costume* "WE LOVE THIS MONKEY!!"
"See?" - Wes Craven, Shannon Doherty, and Jay, Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back

~Vira can get an A on a level 3 Pump Premire song, but failed at a level 4, damn
